People that are not trying to hide are not too difficult to find. Most people
can be found if you have the correct spelling of their name. If you have
an old address, a birthdate, a social security number, an idea of what city
they live in, or something else along those lines, it's even better. Depending
on how much and how recent the information you have is (anything older than
thirty years does not apply), skip traces throughout the United States are
fairly simple and relatively inexpensive.
If a person does not want to be found, and you want us to find them, well-we
can usually do it, but it can be time consuming and more costly. People
that have information older than thirty years that are trying to locate
someone-such as for genealogical purposes, can also. Obviously it is hard

We are a very fair company, and if your information is old but concrete-such
as a social or a birthdate, we obviously won't make you dig deeply into
your pockets. We aren't mechanics...We love to reunite family members
and lost friends, so if that is what you are aiming for, we want you to

happy with. But that goes for everyone. We will be up front about how much
work is involved, we will contract by the hour or by a flat fee, which ever
you feel more comfortable with, and we will do our very best to locate the
person you want located.
However, you must have a legal right to want to find this person. We can locate discreetly-without the person knowing, but you MUST have a right to find them. Locating a lost friend or relative is a right. Locating a celebrity or retired politician is not. In some cases if the person is a celebrity but you have a right to locate them (for example if you were related to them) we ask that you sign a form swearing that you do in fact have a legal reason to locate them.
What if the person may be dead? If we find that the person you are looking
for has passed away, we can locate their death certificate for you, and
can run asset searches if you are entitled to something of their estate.
It's always best to know what happened to them than to not know at all...
